Mollie Pleasanton is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who has been trained in the field of Dermatology and Skin Care by Dr. Johnny Gurgen. She practices in the same philosophy and patient care approach as Dr. Gurgen provides to his patients.

Mollie was born and raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, where she attended Lake Worth High School. After graduation, she attended the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Cell Science.

After graduating from The University of Florida, Mollie found a passion in the field of Dermatology. Mollie began her medical career as a medical assistant at Gainesville Dermatology and Skin Surgery.

Mollie’s passion and desire to continue her medical journey led her to continue her education at the University of South Florida, where she earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with honors and induction into the Pi Alpha Honor Society. Mollie is a current member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Mollie currently lives in Citrus County with her incredible husband and their two dogs. Mollie’s favorite hobbies include spending time with family, exploring the outdoors and Gator football games.
